I start with the tools you already use and connect them. Where two of them cannot talk to each other natively, I build the connector. I only build what those tools cannot do, so you can change most things yourself, in software you already know.

I am Valerio, and I build and look after software for small businesses. My latest project is a sign-up journey for a company’s customers, and the system its office runs it from: every customer in one place, payments to chase, sign-ups to open and close, and reports. It is linked to their payments system and email automation system. I built it and I run it for them.
You deal with me directly. The person who plans the work also builds it and fixes it, with no agency layers in between to pay for.
I have built websites and automations for years, and my background includes financial services, so I think about the whole business, not just the technology. Customer data and GDPR are handled with care from the start. If you want, everything can be set up in your name, so nothing depends on me. I keep the number of projects small, so each gets proper attention.

Common questions
How much will it cost?
There is no price list, because every job is different. After the call you get a written price: fixed, monthly, or per use, whichever suits the job. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
How long until it is ready?
It depends on the size of the job. On the call I tell you roughly how long it will take, and you know the timing before you agree to anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Tell me the problem in your own words. I work out the technical side and explain anything you need to know in plain English.
Will it work with the tools I already use?
Yes, that is where I start. I connect what you already have, using the links those tools come with or one I build where they have none, and I only build what they cannot do. So when a price, an opening time or an email needs changing, you can usually do it yourself, in a tool you already know.
Who owns it?
If you want, everything can be set up in your name from the start, so nothing depends on me. Either way there is no lock-in: the documentation is yours, and the accounts transfer whenever you ask.
What if something breaks?
Faults are fixed free for 90 days after launch. After that, fixes are covered by a monthly fee for looking after it, and anything new is priced before it starts.
