What it does
Answers in plain English
The owner asks about their week, their best sellers, or a specific product. Penny reads the sales data on demand and replies in short, readable English. No dashboards, no exports, no charts to interpret.
Predicts what to reorder
Combines current stock with recent velocity to forecast which products will run out and when. The owner sees the next two weeks of stockout risk before they happen, with specific dates and a priority order.
Spots dead stock
Surfaces products that have not sold in 30 days and the capital tied up in them. Recommends targeted discounts, bundles, or copy changes to clear the shelf and free up cash.
Rewrites product copy
When a product is underperforming online, the owner can ask for a fresh description in seconds. Penny returns a before-and-after, ready to paste into Shopify.
How it answers
How it works
Penny is a chat agent on top of the shop's own sales data. Statistical helpers compute the maths (velocity, stockout dates, dead-stock capital), Claude composes the answer. The same pattern can connect to live Shopify and Square accounts, syncing transactions and inventory in the background so the owner always sees current numbers.
