I am Valerio, a senior digital product manager. For nearly a decade I have worked with development teams to ship websites, software, integrations, automation, and AI products in financial services and at the UK's largest SME marketplace. I now bring that experience directly to small business owners, working one-to-one.
At Ascot Lloyd (a top 6 UK wealth management firm) I lead digital product strategy, making financial advice more accessible and digital-first. Before that, at Bionic (the UK's largest SME marketplace) I launched products used by hundreds of thousands of small businesses. That experience taught me what business owners actually need: things that work, save time, and do not require a technical team to maintain.
I am not a developer, but I am very technical, and I have spent years working with developers on complex digital products. Modern AI tools have closed the build gap enough that I can now ship the kinds of projects that used to need a small team: websites, custom software, software customisation, integrations, and automation with or without AI.
My first client is Colcheco, an independent refill shop in Colchester. I replaced their Shopify site with a custom online shop wired directly into their existing Square till: 691 products, automated inventory, payments, and back-in-stock notifications, all running from one system.
