Every price below is a starting figure for that kind of job, not a quote. You get the real number in writing, after a call, before I start anything. Nothing is charged before then.

Why it costs less than an agency

There is no office and no sales team

An agency's price carries a building, a project manager, an account manager and the people who sold you the job. None of that reaches your website. Mine carries none of it.

You talk to the person doing the work

No brief passed down a chain and no message relayed back. What you ask for is heard by the person who will build it, which removes most of the rounds a project usually spends being misunderstood.

I take a small number of jobs at a time

Not a queue you wait in. That is why the timescale is weeks rather than months, and it is also the limit on how much work I can take.

An agency is the better call when you need several people at once: a brand built from nothing, photography and video, a marketing team running campaigns alongside the build, or a project big enough that one person would be a risk to it. I would tell you that on the call rather than take the job.

What it costs to keep running

Keeping a site running is from £15 a month: hosting, the web address, checks that tell me if it goes down, faults fixed, and small changes. Anything new I quote before I start it, and changes outside a plan are £55 an hour.

Anything that uses AI also costs something to run, month by month, depending on how much work it does. That is either a monthly figure with an agreed limit, or charged on what it actually uses. I will show you the likely number before you commit to anything, and if it starts costing more than it saves, I will tell you that too.

Fixed price, monthly, or per use: whichever suits the job. Faults are fixed free for 90 days after launch either way.
